Software business scope

Tubeora provides downloadable themes, plugins, scripts, licensing services, documentation, support, and future hosted software. Tubeora does not sell consumer adult content, host customer media, process performer records, or operate customer websites.

Customers are responsible for the legality, rights, records, moderation, age restrictions, disclosures, payment compliance, and operational policies of their own websites and businesses.

Prohibited use

  • Child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, or any content that appears to involve minors.
  • Non-consensual sexual content, image-based abuse, coercion, blackmail, revenge content, or trafficking-related activity.
  • Escort, prostitution, solicitation, or in-person sexual service marketplaces.
  • Content or activity that violates performer consent, age verification, recordkeeping, copyright, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Fraud, phishing, malware, credential theft, spam, payment abuse, sanctions evasion, or attempts to bypass processor rules.
  • Using Tubeora license keys, downloads, APIs, or update endpoints to distribute unauthorized copies or resale access.
  • Any activity that is unlawful in the jurisdictions where the customer, users, content, infrastructure, or payment activity are located.

Adult-industry compliance expectations

Customers using Tubeora for adult-related websites must maintain appropriate business records, consent records, takedown paths, age-gating, rights documentation, and content policies for their own operations.

Tubeora may request information about a customer property when licensing, support, abuse reports, chargebacks, payment processor review, or hosted-platform eligibility requires operational review.

Enforcement

Tubeora may suspend downloads, deactivate license keys, refuse support, cancel hosted review, or terminate access when we believe a customer is using Tubeora products in a prohibited or high-risk way. Serious abuse may be reported to appropriate platforms, processors, or authorities.
