Tubeora uses third-party payment infrastructure for crypto invoices and payment confirmation. Tubeora stores order status and provider references, but payment providers may separately process wallet, transaction, compliance, fraud, or network confirmation data under their own policies.

Tubeora keeps account, order, license, support, and security records for as long as needed to provide software access, comply with business obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain accurate customer history. We use access controls, hashed passwords, private environment variables, and hosted database controls to reduce risk.
