Terms of Service
These terms describe how Tubeora software, licenses, accounts, downloads, support, and product updates are provided.
Tubeora products
Tubeora sells professional website software for adult-content creators, studios, affiliates, and adult-related website operators. Products may include themes, plugins, scripts, documentation, licensing endpoints, update manifests, customer portal features, and future hosted services.
Customer responsibilities
- Use Tubeora products only for lawful websites and business operations.
- Maintain lawful content rights, consent records, age restrictions, takedown paths, disclosures, and operator policies for customer properties.
- Keep account credentials, license keys, domain records, and support communications accurate and secure.
- Test products on staging environments before production changes when the site handles active traffic or revenue.
- Follow the Acceptable Use Policy and the terms of any third-party hosting, payment, sponsor, affiliate, analytics, or content provider used by the customer.
Licenses and downloads
A Tubeora license grants access to the purchased product tier, customer downloads, product updates, and domain activations according to the selected plan. Licenses are not ownership of Tubeora source, trademarks, brand assets, update systems, hosted infrastructure, or resale rights. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or public sharing of Tubeora downloads is not allowed without written approval.
Updates and support
Tubeora aims to provide practical product updates, compatibility notes, and support paths. Updates may change based on product scope, platform changes, security needs, roadmap decisions, or abuse prevention. Support does not include operating customer websites, reviewing customer content libraries, providing legal advice, or guaranteeing third-party service approvals.
Account suspension
Tubeora may suspend or terminate access to accounts, downloads, support, license validation, hosted review, or updates if a customer violates these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, payment rules, security requirements, or product licensing limits.
