Tubeora sells downloadable software with license keys and instant portal access. Refund review is handled through billing support.
30-day documented-scope guarantee
If a Tubeora product materially fails to match its documented feature scope, contact billing support within 30 days of purchase. Include the order reference, product, license key, domain, issue summary, and screenshots or logs where relevant.
Eligible refund reasons
- The product cannot be downloaded or activated due to a Tubeora-side account or licensing issue that support cannot resolve.
- A documented feature is missing from the delivered product and no reasonable workaround or update path is available.
- A duplicate order was placed by mistake for the same account and product tier.
- A payment provider or billing error created an incorrect order state.
Non-refundable situations
- The customer changed business direction after receiving the downloadable product.
- The customer expected Tubeora to provide adult media, traffic, sponsor accounts, legal compliance services, hosting, or payment approval.
- The product was redistributed, shared, resold, reverse engineered, or used in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.
- A third-party host, sponsor, affiliate network, payment processor, theme, plugin, CDN, or content source rejected the customer's site or business.
- The request is made after 30 days without a clear Tubeora-side product failure.
Crypto payment timing
Crypto payment refunds may require additional review because blockchain settlement, network fees, exchange movement, underpayment, overpayment, wallet errors, or payment-provider rules can affect the final amount and timing. Tubeora may request a refund wallet address and order verification before processing a crypto-related refund.
How to request review
Open a support ticket from the customer portal or use the contact page with the topic Billing. Tubeora will review the order, product access, license state, and support history before approving or declining the request.
